IMS has enhanced its 5-axis capabilities with the
purchase of a Mitsui Seiki HS6A Horizontal Machining
Center with a Fanuc 30i Control and 12000RPM for full
5-Axis machining capabilities up to 79"x59"x39" |

IMS has completed an 8,750 square foot
expansion to accommodate the larger manufacturing
equipment, this brings our manufacturing facility to
25,000 sq. ft. IMS has increased the maximum milling capabilities
to 90"x165" with the addition the of a new Vision Wide
VF4000 Bridge Mill.
Turning
capacity has been increased with the addition of a
Toshiba TUD-13 turning lathe with a maximum swing of 63" |
