CMM

Required:

• Passion for inspection of highly complex aerospace components using state of the art equipment
• Knowledge and experience in CMM operation and/or programming
• Willingness to participate in part production from initial programming to completion
• Desire to work closely with top management to improve operating environment and machining operations
• Job shop experience
• Blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard, complex inspection methods, fixturing, familiarity with material behavior
• Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work
• Willingness to participate in manufacturability reviews

Preferred:

• Calypso Inspection Software knowledge
• CAD system knowledge, preferably Solidworks
• FARO Arm operation
• Basic machining knowledge.
• Outside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.)
