The TUE-150(s) is designed for turning, drilling and tapping (live spindle) operations with heavy cutting capabilities. To ensure easy programming, it is designed with the latest CNC FANUC Series Oi-TC control and a programming guidance function that allows wide range of speed and high performance on various workpieces. The TUE-150(s) acquires high speed, rigidity and productivities through rapid feed rates of X-axis 15m/min, and Z-axis 12m/min, with a table maximum speed of 400 min-1 and a one-bodied crossrail for stability and accuracy in movement." Designed for heavy duty cutting capabilities the NEW TUE has a maximum cutting force of ram 2500N (5612 lbf), as well as, an ATC magazine that has been designed to hold larger tool sizes than previously designed [shank size 13 x1.3 in (32 x 32 mm) and type 7/24 taper No. 50]. TUE-150(s) optimum machine specifications are: table diameter 57.08in (1,450 mm), maximum swing 78.74in (2,000 mm), maximum cutting height 61.02 in (1,550 mm), maximum table load 17,600 lbs (8,000 kg), table drive motor 45 HP (37 kW), and table speeds of 2~400 RPM (min-1).
